Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
It is clarified that returned products must not be opened, used, worn, modified or damaged. The labels that come with the product should be there, just as it was when you received it along with the retail receipt or invoice. You must also contact us by phone at +30 2103627393 (Mon-Fri 09: 00-17: 00) or by e-mail at email@example.com to be given instructions.
If the corresponding product you want is not available, we refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or opened are not returned under any circumstances.
In all the above cases the return costs are borne by the customer.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +30 2103627393 (Mon-Fri 09: 00-17: 00) to send you instructions for its return. If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement or we can refund your money.
The site has no warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.
For the return of a non-defective product the cost of return and resending is borne by the customer.
